My wife and I had a very pleasant experience with EchoPark Automotive in Houston TX Our sales rep John Nguyen was very patient with us We are the type to look at a lot of cars to see which one best fits us for the price I think we looked at 15 cars narrowed it down to 2 Test drove the 2 cars and then could not decide Said we would think about our choices and would come back next week They did not press us We thought about it made a decision and came back 2 days later The car was still there so we purchased it it took about 2 hours and we were out of there with our new to us car If we buy another car I m sure this will be the first place we look at The cars are as is If they have the mats you get the mats One of the cars only had one key So make sure you ask a lot of questions and get what you want Again a very pleasant experience
