This site is a scam The items are of very poor quality and returns are impossible You have 15 days to return the items and according to the site you must first contact customer service They never reply and when you return the items to the address indicated on the website this time customer service replies more than a month later that it s the wrong address and that they can t refund you However no parcel has been returned to me so someone at the address indicated has received it In short this is a site to be avoided at all costs

Very badly finished Not 100 merino as advertised but the label is in Chinese so I have no way of checking Delivery took weeks instead of 2-4 days as advertised I will never order from them again and cannot recommend this company
