I was looking for a fold up electric bike

I visited the store as I was looking for an electric bike the MiRIDER in particular as it folds and can be put in the boot of a car I spoke to John at the shop he was fantastic explained how it all worked demonstrated how easy it was to fold down and then I had a test ride on the track to make sure I was comfortable with the bike and if any adjustments needed to be made he was very patient with me as I hadn t ridden a bike in a long time and I didn t feel at all rushed I now have a lovely orange MiRIDER which is often admired as I cycle around my home town

The service I received from this bike store was second to none have been looking for an electric bike for a while and was on the verge of giving up Then I found EcoMove Hotwells Road Bristol Nilloy the salesman knew exactly what I wanted and more importantly what would be right for me An Ampere Deluxe he took time to explain everything clearly and concisely and to sort out all the extra bits I needed to make my cycling experience perfect for me delivery was on time and John took the time to go through everything with me again It was all just perfect

Absolutely brilliant service

Richard at the Bristol workshop is very knowledgeable friendly and seems happy to answer any questions prior to purchase and after I had a major ongoing issue that the previous x shop was unable to solve for several months after repeat services long delays and unnecessary replacements of parts Richard found the source of the problem straightaway and solve it in timely manner and my e-scooter is finally back and running Altogether very happy and I will definitely keep going back to him if I have any future problems and would highly recommend him to friends and family You won t get a better service or a better price anywhere else Thank you
