Von wegen DSGVO

Seit mehreren Jahren erhalte ich unerw nschte Werbemails von mir absolut unbekannten Verk ufern aus diversen Quellen Viele davon haben einen Header X-Csa-Complaints csa-complaints at eco de und enthalten am Ende eine L ge wie You receive this email because you ve subscribed to our newsletter Wie kann ich bei einer mir unbekannten Firma eine Werbenewsletter abonnieren Auf meine erste E-Mail an diese CSA-Adresse mit einer DSGVO-Anfrage woher haben die meine Daten usw erhalte ich normalerweise immer eine sehr allgemein gehaltene Standardantwort Dear Sir or Madam Thank you for contacting us The email you forwarded was sent to the user by on behalf of is a CSA certified sender The eco Complaints Office handles complaints cases for the CSA website Through the complaints process we would try and find out how the e-mail address was collected In order to do this we would have to forward the email you reported including the header information to and request specific information on the collection of your data i e information on consent or a customer relationship including location source date time IP product purchased If necessary might forward your complaint to their customer to be able to obtain this information Afterwards we would send you the requested data and give you an opportunity to comment Please let us know if you would like us to proceed The complaints process would not incur any charges for you You can find further information about our complaints office here website Thank you in advance for your feedback Sincerely Kurz der Spam kam ber ein Newslettertool von einem mir unbekannte Absender Ich antworte dann immer dass meine Anfrage gerne weitergeleitet werden d rfe auch wenn das inzwischen schon in meiner ersten E-Mail steht die anscheinend nicht gelesen wird Danach herrscht immer absolute Stille von seiten der Firma eco de Auch auf mehrfache Nachfragen meinerseits kommt so gut wie nie eine Antwort Die ganze Sache ist also total nutzlos denn abmelden muss ich mich trotzdem selber oder was ich lieber tue meinen Spamfilter anpassen damit sind auch r ckf llige Spammer blockiert Kurz ich habe den Eindruck es handle sich hier um Augenwischerei von Spammern f r Spammer
