Dealing with my late brothers funeral arrangements I researched a number of possible casket options but wanted a wicker casket I found ecocoffins com advertising a range of casket types including wicker 8 in total I rang them to be told they did not do wicker and only stocked two casket types Initially they questioned if I was on the right website then when it was confirmed I was I read out the multiple choice options they were offering to be told that was not the case they only offered two and definitely not wicker It was clear the person I spoke to was unfamiliar with their own website or simply did not have an updated website I pointed this out and was sarcastically told Well you re a charming man aren t you Needless to say I went elsewhere and to a more professional and empathetic company
