After the first night I woke up without pain in my neck for the first time in two and a half years I have purchased no less than 10 different types of pillows in the last two years because of herniations in my neck and none of them did what they said they were going to do until I ordered and received this one Everything it says it will do it does It is not a soft fluffy cozy cuddle up to kind of pillow This is a serious pillow for people who have serious neck pain shoulder pain neck tightness headaches muscle knots anything in the neck and shoulder area that gives you pain and or prevents you from sleeping this pillow will help you

I would give this pillow 50 stars I feel like Goldilocks I finally found the one that is just right This is not the kind of pillow that is going to help you get the curve back in your neck What it is going to do is keep your neck and your upper spine in correct alignment and allow you a platform for your head so that all of your muscles relax
