The company installed attic insulation a heat pump system and solar panels quickly and efficiently Workers were friendly and helpful Very happy with their work I would have preferred it if the insulation in the attic was done after the other work

I purchased the house and it had no heating in but those ghastly electric storage heaters and when got the bill I was shocked I noticed an ad on facebook and thought I d try well i got a reply almost instantly and a FREE survey was arranged the survey was very clear and concise with all covid measures adhered to i found Darren helpful and always on the end of the phone when I had a question the install was brilliant the team where clean efficient and attention to detail and treat our homes with care at last minute I asked if I good change a radiator position which was not a problem at allI d reccomend eco energy experts for any energy saving measures

I had a leaflet through the door from Darren and so decided to give him a call I have now had 4 rooms insulated on the internal side of external walls the attic insulated and an extractor fan installed Communication could have been better with regards to when workers needed access but they were all very friendly

Wow What a difference this has made to my house After some delays by the local council that had me doubting that it would ever happen but the swift booking of the installation after the council approval process completed was amazing and fully appreciated Steve and Adam the two installers of the heat pump system were fantastic - very friendly and worked continuously from start to finish and had the work complete in a matter of 3 days I now have hot water and heating at my house and I am over the moon with the installation I also have the solar panels installed and this too was done amazingly quickly and with minimal disruption Thank you Darren and the team I m very happy with the full installation and the outcome

We responded to a post on Facebook and Darren replied promptly He phoned and solved what was a difficult situation for us in that when buying the property we had been informed that there was cavity wall insulation but the house was still cold He without hesitation called here and inserted a camera into the walls and immediately found the problem - the insulation had sunk to the bottom Darren proceeded to put everything in place for us - the claim forms etc and once the local council had authorised he arranged for the work to be done So I would highly recommend this company especially if Darren is involved Once the job was started he kept in touch checking how it was going
