GARBAGE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I spoke with a nasty woman named Sabrina who would not help me in any way after having been charged for an unused membership that I believed was cancelled 6 months ago I had two memberships linked to my Visa card and believed that I had cancelled both memberships which was what I intended to do the second one was not cancelled by my error I was told that despite the fact that the membership had not been used in 6 months and that I acknowledged my mistake in assuming both accounts were cancelled Sabrina in a nasty tone told me there was nothing that could be done It cost me 45 to cancel the membership that had not been used in 6 months and I will never be reimbursed for the unused time So very disappointed don t be fooled by this company they place absolutely no value on YOU as a customer all they want is your money I hope upper management read these comments this is not how customer service should work in 2024 with all the technology used today to monitor the use of services like memberships the right thing to do would have been to refund me the money spent

Love the variety in the workouts and Korina s support along the way is fantastic So handy being able to do the classes whenever I can fit them in instead of on a schedule easy to stay motivated with the girls on the Facebook group aswel

I came to ecofitness after I had frozen
I came to ecofitness after I had frozen shoulder for nearly 2 years I was really looking forward but also apprehensive to be starting back at my fitness due to pain still in my shoulder Korina is amazing Though her guidance encouragement I am now rarely in any pain My posture has greatly improved along with my coordination flexibility Even my physical therapist can t believe the difference Korina provides great advice continues to keep reminding you of your posture while you are doing her online class Korina is a true diamond and really cares for each individual that joins her classes with weekly checkins which help with accountability Online fitness Classes are only 30 minutes long so can be easily fitted into you day what s more you will feel amazing after Can t recommend her enough Delighted I found her Darian

Love love love ecofitness they re so easily accessible and only 30 mins korina has such a great way of explaining the exercises especially if your a beginner there s a great range of classes I would 100 recommend
