Eco giants came to insulate my flat roof last week in Liverpool and did a fantastic job I was skeptical at first replacing my tiled roof with a rubber insulated one it looks great and hopefully will keep me warmer this winter Thanks again to the team especially nick and craig who went the extra mile when fitting it

5 times they have returned to put

5 times since their installation they have returned to put things right on a flat roof and each time things have looked worse I have had qualified roofers round to check their work they have said they hadn t seen anything like it I wish I could post pictures on here to show what poor workmanship looks like

Roof has constantly given problems

Roof has constantly given problems since supposedly being finished Leaks bad finishing Have phoned emailed over over but no one will reply

had a new rubber roof fitted through eco4 warma UK They subcontract to eco giants to fit the roof left with a huge hole in the roof rude condescending guy came out and said it s not his problem getting nowhere with either company AVOID

Just ignored all my correspondence

Just ignored all my correspondence after a while I provided them with requested information had the house survey done Then nothing for werks and weeks on end and didnt even bother replying to my emails They were a complete waste of time Dont take nonsense with that reply I repeatedly emailed asking what was going on and received no reply whatsoever and you still never contacted me to inform me that you wouldnt be carrying out any work So your reply is nonsense
