Avoid 3 4 order missing no customer service

3 4 of my order missing and not even able to email company and definitely no telephone number to speak directly with company Advise anyone to stay clear of this company Order number 4441 in case anyone from eco green living are looking at their trustpilot reviewsToday s trustpilot review seen Yes all sorted now but wasn t easy to get in touch and didn t get a response before writing the trustpilot review Company did send replacements

Terrible quality and bad communication

I bought what I thought was 2500 dog poo bags not only did I receive only 100 but they are without a doubt the worst I ve ever used Every single one pops open down the side seams every time I tried to contact the company 3 times and never heard back

Terrible Lack of Communication

Ordered3 packs Face masks Certified Grade 2 Face Masks 30th October Returned them 5th November Returned items with 48 hr Tracker I ve sent e-mails that haven t been answered so called them yesterday now asking for proof of return of delivery which I e-mailed them yesterday and still no reply total indifference no apology and on top of having to organise christmas for an elderly member of the Family who has taken ill this isn t helping I thought purchasing items from a small company and doing my bit for the Planet would be the right thing to do From now on I ll ask the local health shop to order any items In all a really upsetting experience UPDATE I ve been sent an e-mail claiming that a refund has been processed Until the refund has been Banked I will consider the matter ongoing

When I first found out about the company I thought eco friendly household products wouldn t be up to scratch due to the natural ingredients but oh my goodness I was completely wrong I bought a swap out pack to try first as I thought they all had a great range of products in them Which includes tin foil cling wrap and some bin liners I then bought the reusable zip lock bags separately Oh was I wrong The tin foil insane I will never and I mean NEVER use any other brand It s so thick and I ve actually used one peice of foil three times The cling wrap you know how you loose the plot trying to find the bit to pull As it always breaks well this is such great quality it doesn t break every time you use it which I think is priceless Saving you the mental break time every time you want to cling wrap something The bin bags and liners are stretchy Yes Stretchy that s how amazing quality it is I couldn t truly recommend this company enough when looking at reviews I was concerned but I ve found that judge me is the reviews platform that they use on the website and which people tend to do reviews for eco green living so please do go and do your research and don t let the reviews here put you off I m excited to try other products like the laundry sheets as I think the ideas brilliant

I use this company for clingfilm

I use this company for clingfilm foil and bin bags I am in my 70s and an avid user my daughter told me about this so I tried it There are perforations which took me a little time to get used to but this works in the fridge microwave and I enjoy the fact that it isnt plastic The bags are great they are strong and fit my bins and food caddy well Its a great little company I like it

Sustainable products that work with excellent Customer Service

I ve bought their replaceable wooden head washing up brush many years ago from a local shop I have replaced the head several times The brush and replaceable heads have always worked well I therefore bought recently directly from the business a replaceable head wooden bath brush which can also be used independently When it arrived there was an apology from Royal Mail This was because the parcel had been torn open and the handle has been stolen I emailed Eco Living to let them know what had happened It was not their fault but they still sent me a replacement brush head Throughout this issue their customer service was excellent understanding and helpful Whatever problems they have had in the past appear to be well and truly over I d recommend buying from Eco Living because they couldn t do enough for me Also their products do the job and are sustainable They are worth supporting
