Excellent service from start to finish Called yesterday after our boiler chose the coldest day of the year to die and they were here this morning fitting the new one and done by 1pm Really informative throughout phone calls yesterday and communicated using WhatsApp so that I could send pictures and they could quickly advise as to the best course of action Took the time to explain how the new boiler worked and provide some basic tips for keeping things running in the cold weather maintaining the boiler and not running up unnecessary energy bills Also reconnected the existing Hive kit Neat and tidy throughout the area probably looks better now than it did when they started thanks to some more logical pipe work previously almost covered an electrical socket it doesn t now Would thoroughly recommend and will be keeping their details for servicing and maintenance
