The item was faulty They asked me to send it back for repair But now they say I damaged it

I bought tv from this place and it was missing 3 hdmi ports where it should have had 4 and thee existing one does not work properly even though I was told it had 4 ports this was all done through eBay they also manipulated the money back protection period by failing to respond quick enough and demand that I changed the negative feedback before they would issue a partial refund which after it was changed reluctantly no partial refund was given No full refund or returns was offered at anytime My advise to anyone is not to trust this company when buying
