Broken Toilet Feces leaking from the bus

I had a bus from Tallinn to Riga on the 17th of May Firstly the transport between Estonia and Latvia is already terrible with not enough buses to begin with and zero trains This bus stopped in the middle of the Highway because the toilet broke down and Fecal matter was leaking from this bus I have pictures for this too unfortunately Trustpilot doesnt let you post pictures I had no way of getting to riga which was still about 2 5 hours away and there were no more buses going to Riga from any bus line To top that off I had a flight from Riga in 6 hours so I had to reach Riga urgently I booked a flight from Riga because Ryanair stopped a number of flights from Tallinn to N rnberg for a random reason but thats another discussion The bus driver was unfriendly and unhelpful and they didn t give us any update on the situation In this case two or even three buses must be immediately rushed to the location to provide passengers with an alternative so they can reach their destination on time Nothing arrived for an hour so I had to book a bolt and spend 200 euros to reach Riga I then asked for a refund and they didn t reply to me Then I asked the facebook page about an update and they said it will take 90 days for the request to complete After about more than 120 days I asked for an update again and they refunded me 10 euros So not even the full amount I paid for the bus So if you ever want a reliable bus service that reaches on time just pay 5 euros more and take Lux Express Because Ecolines will leave you helpless and stranded in an unknown location with no help

Worse than Ryanair

Worse than RyanairThe buses feel like they are gonna fall apart AC broken so makes the bus a hell Slow wifi so forget streaming 4K netflix There are screens in the bus but they don t turn on and are cheap chineese LCD screens pixels clearly visible Cannot charge phone USB port on the entire bus does not charge The bus interiour feels used and poorly maintained If you wanna get transported fly take a Bolt taxi or take the train Don t take this BS experience from Riga to Ventspils

Avoid them if you can

I won t write the whole story there it would take to much of my time as wellas yours but in short I bought a ticket from Amsterdam to Vilnius When my train to Amsterdam was delayed decided to go to Utrecht there was the first stop Tryed to make changes on the website with no avail they let you to change date but not the departure or arrival place Efforts to call was also frutsels And guess what After bus has finally arrived I was denied the entry on the grounds of you had to board at Amsterdam not in Utrecht and your ticket was cancelled without a refund The rest is history but you get the point

Terrible service

I recently had a terrible experience with this bus company Ecolines Our departure from Vilnius to Warsaw was scheduled for 16 00 but we ended up leaving at 17 32 because we had to wait for another bus with more passengers While we were waiting the air conditioner didn t work making it very uncomfortable On top of that the bus was filthy The company didn t offer us anything not even a bottle of water to make up for the inconvenience I am extremely disappointed with the service

From Moscow to Latvia Ecolines warns in advance about delays at the Russian-Latvian border What Ecolines doesn t tell you is this if the delay exceeds ten hours or more the trip may be rescheduled and part of the fare may simply be canceled That s what happened to us they just cut out the fare from Berlin to the Netherlands and told us to book with another carrier You can ask for a refund they added But we don t want a refund we want compensation If possible I ll update this later with what compensation Ecolines offers The delay on the way to Moscow lasted at least 16 hours On the return trip in Latvia the journey was interrupted overnight and the passengers were offered a hotel stay Delay a full day And then came the above-mentioned cancellation of part of the route by Ecolines As a result one of the passengers missed her flight

The behavior of the bus driver on

The behavior of the bus driver on October 23 2024 on the route Minsk-Vilnus Airport departing from Minsk at 13 50 was nothing short of criminal and will be reported as such to the appropriate entities He was bullying threatening and harassing one female passenger through the entire trip all because that person had something to declare at the borders This bus-driver and his totally innapropriate and aggressive behavior toward that female passenger made everyone in that bus extremely uncomfortable concerned and uneasy He must be removed from his position
