i don r receve my order

I recently purchased an ecomobl et Owned it for 3 days and put on 30kms on standard gravel walking trails The board must have came with a bad bearing which caused gear failure 1200 canadian for the board company ignored my correspondence for over a week then didn t read my email or view the video I sent Asking for a video and an explanation of the issue that was detailed several times This company gives you a 300 day warranty and honors none of it don t take my word there is plenty of others in the same boat Please spend your money else where and save yourself from dealing with these scammers The board was alot of fun but for 1200 and 3 hours of use renting a Ferrari for 3 hours would be cheaper

It s now been over a week of being ignored about the used M24 pro that they sold me for 1 800 that didn t charge straight out of the box and I ve only put nine miles on it and the company purposely sold it this way instead of simply putting the time and maintenance into the board I don t know which Chinese scam artists bought this company over but it didn t used to be like this and it s giving me vibes from when I bought my first Meepo product

I have bought boards from this company before and they where good and worked i recently bought a new board from ecomobl and it was completely defective It would not charge and would not turn on I emailed the company for help to return and had very little reply with a very long response time I have requested to return it multiple times now and no response to my request I am very disappointed and am out 1200 now

Well it all started with me buying a 2000 board August 17 and a month later it stopped working and it is Dec 28th and all I have a bunch of lies piled ontop of lies and still no working board

Don t purchase their boards

After 2 weeks of pointless communication with 2 people I m no closer to an answer as to which gearbox parts are correct for the board I m servicing so I ordered my best guess ET2 rebuild kits to service a Ripper they sold with ET2 motors I paid via paypal ordered directly from the multi-lingual international site Should I expect to receive parts I ve paid for correct or not in a couple weeks or is that a fantasy It s unclear to me if this company is imploding completely or if this is the way they ve done business for years Don t purchase their boards

Worst company and worst board Customer service is ridiculous never got the help or answers when I asked question about the issue and they told me replace this that and ended up nothing was working Garbage
