I placed an order on the 3rd of Jan and 9 days later I m still waiting for the confirmation of delivery The customer service replied that they have had longer Christmas holiday until the 4th of Jan But how difficult to process an order for 8 days I don t think they really care about how satisfied the customers are the business won t last long

You should really be able to do better than this
UPDATE FROM 01 12 2021Because of black friday the delivery is delayed I have been in contact with customer service and I am now happy again products and everything but the customer service is non-existing Which is really something weird in a million dollar company like this one I expected more Ordered a package 5 days ago still didn t recieve any confirmation on my order or the package being send Texted them through customer service online but still no reply First and last time that I will buy the products online

Game changing products

A fantastic brand with an ethos that appeals to me on a personal level and ground breaking products There are a number of products competing in the organic vegan and cruelty free space but few match Ecooking The peel mask is a game changer and completely destroys the idea that you have to spend thousands to have next level skin treatments If you go red it means it s working The foot cream is the best I have tried and the gentle tingle is both cooling and nourishing I eagerly await to explore more products which will surely be coming out in a steady stream
