Ecoparcel is a scam
WATCHOUT Ecoparcel is a scam! I booked a shipment with them from Greece to France. I paid them for the service. I waited for them on the scheduled pickup day but they never appeared or called. That sent me an email saying that they couldn’t pickup the item. I replied to the email but my reply bounced back. I looked for a phone number or email address to contact them, but there is none. I followed their instructions on the “help” menu but it led to a dead end.
