These guys SCAMED ME
These guys SCAMED ME This company has demonstrated extremely unprofessional behavior I scheduled a parcel pickup for December 19th but it never happened After contacting their support team I requested to cancel the pickup and receive a full refund the cancellation accepted by the service team However to my surprise a courier showed up on January 3rd more than two weeks later to collect the parcel Despite their failure to provide the service as agreed they are refusing to issue a refund and have stopped responding to my inquiries This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable I strongly advise against using their services

Never picked the pack I had paid for and literally no possibility to contact their customer service The only option was through Messenger and I chatted with scammers from Uganda who tried to make me pay 222 more

Avoid at all costs
1 star only because 0 is not an option Complete and utter disaster Parcel was not collected on scheduled date then rescheduled for next day without update or reason provided then again prolonged for one more day To put long story short it should be delivered 3 days ago but there it is still sits in my living room I expect full refund but again no response from them yet Oh and no phone number or email address where you can report issue just cherry on the top Avoid at all costs

25kg Baggage Got Lost
Terrible experience I booked the service via Ecoparcel and GLS lost my 25kg baggage When I asked for compensation they refused claiming that because it contained personal stuff like clothes they couldn t help If I m moving of course I ll have personal items Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional Neither Ecoparcel nor GLS took responsibility Avoid at all costs I put recent date because it was long time ago and I cannot choose that date

Terrible service and even worst support
Terrible service and even worst customer support My package Terrible service and even worst customer support My package was not picked up and marked as sender absent I was home ALL DAY waiting for the pickup Both the Courier and Eco Parcel had my data including phone number No one called us to inform that pick up wouldn t happen we only discovered via the online tracker I tried to reach out the client support - possible only via chat and only by getting no sense template responses - and I was told that a rescheduling would have costed me 5EUR and a cancellation 6EUR So not only I spent my entire day waiting for them I am also forced to pay if I want to reschedule or cancel the delivery being all courier decision to not pass and pick the parcel The agent Simon was even Unfortunately I cannot help you out with this I have escalated this matter to my colleagues and locking the conversation so I could not keep asking questions Insane What kind of support is this I am extremely disappointed They are a scam

Our parcel was not collected although we were present at the location and waiting for collection Later in the day they cancelled the order and claimed we were not at home There is no way to contact ecoparcel and no possibility to request a refund

My order RBEK9E
My order RBEK9E was collected by GLS on 18 12 2024 it was returned to the sender on 19 12 24 by GLS who stated that the weight was not as indicated on the order The weight of 15kg was as stated on the order This was a fault in the Ecoparcel system GLS apparently attempted to collect the parcel again on 23 12 2024 when the sender was closed for the Christmas holidays The Ecoparcel website is now showing Collection cancelled-Shipper was absent What do they intend to do to rectify their mistake There is no way available as far as I can see to contact either Ecoparcel or GLS with the details neither firm s website has a phone number or email address

Same issue as many clients I am reading
I have read the same for several clients We order collection for 2 parcels one box and one small bag They collected one and they did not come for the other one which was programmed for same day Amazingly they say we were not at home and the parcel was not ready when they could collect the box This is a joke You simply need to take their lies and now they want me to pay another 5 extra euros total cost for sending the bag was already 7 to re-schedule and we were at home and even printed the label I told them I do not want their services anymore and they will not refund The are stealing money from people Horrible last time I use their service
