Our experience of Ecoplex as a service user
From the moment I met Adam from Ecoplex I felt sure that this was the company to suit our needs and we had looked at others all our questions fears and limited knowledge of solar energy was soon dispelled and options outlined to us according to our requests needs and budget After making our decision the Ecoplex teams were on site within a week or so the crews worked until just after 11 pm to ensure the promise of a 1 day installation period The system was commissioned our grant paper work submitted to SEAI and abundant advice and support throughout including the deals being offered by electricity providers The work crews were fantastic all respectful and first class tradesmen good for a chat and bit if crack also We have sought after care support on a couple of occasions and to our delight Ecoplex have never let us down Never more than a phone call away even though they are based in Dublin and we in the South West Storm Ashley caused us some concern and Nicola in the Dublin office ensured we were taken care of above and beyond what we would expect from any organisation We have and will be recommending Ecoplex to friends and family considering solar panel installation with the confidence of knowing we have had a fantastic experience in the past few months and that Ecoplex is at the other end of a phone if we need them

Super experience with Ecoplex
Super experience with Ecoplex I had a Tesla wall connector installed perfectly the installers were punctual polite and very helpful Richard in Ecoplex followed up a week after the installation to ensure all went well which was a very nice touch Brilliant company thank you Richard team in Ecoplex

Great experience with Ecoplex
Great experience with Ecoplex I want to express my gratitude and satisfaction with the entire process of having my solar panel system installed on October 8 2024 From the initial quotation to the site survey the installation day itself and even the accounts and SEAI grant application everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations Although we did encounter an issue on the installation day I was pleased to see how efficiently and promptly it was resolved within the expected time frame This level of professionalism is truly commendable I would like to extend a special thank you to Antonia who has been incredibly supportive and professional throughout the NC6 form submission and grant claim application process Their assistance made everything much easier and stress-free Once again thank you to the entire Ecoplex team for their hard work and dedication I am very happy with my decision to go solar with your company

Just had my solar panels and car charger installed the customer service was brilliant and the help they gave us in getting a grant was so helpful The guys who installed them were so efficient friendly and very tidy Would highly recommend

Very happy
From the first contact I found Ecoplex to be friendly and informative helping me to make my decision I had my instillation done ahead of agreed date which was great When the roofers and electricians arrived they were very friendly and went through where the panels and the equipment would be placed and made sure we were completely happy before they preceded They left the house how they found it no mess at all The apps were installed on my phone and explained I had a curtesy call after instillation to see if I was happy with everything and understood the system I would have no hesitation in recommending them

Had solar panels and an EV charger installed Found them easy to deal with operators arrived on time were friendly and did not leave a mess Required some assistance post install due to change in position of charger and found the service very good Would use again

Excellent Company
I recently had solar PV fitted with eco Plex the whole experience from start to finish was absolutely brilliant a date was given for the work to be done and true to word they arrived on time and completed all in one day that evening we were connected to the grid the whole team are so good and lovely mannerable lads well done eco Plex highly recommended Francis and Paula Everard

I went with Ecoplex Energy solutions
I went with Ecoplex Energy solutions for my wallbox car charger last year and they were great from start to finish so I decided to go with them for my solar panels and again they did not disappoint The sales team were very informative the installation team were great very tidy and friendly They arrived on time and were finished within one day I was having issues with my Solis app and one of the engineers Darren was there to talk me through it I would highly recommend
