Worst company ever rushed untidy work
Worst company ever rushed untidy work yes some very polite young men but bosses don t give a dam about your property or anything in it only wish I NEVER started in 1st place thing broken things missing job should have been done in two weeks tops took 7 even then still not had to tell them NOT to come back only wish could post photos of work

EC04 money grabbers
I wanted to utilise the governments EC04 scheme I had looked at other suppliers and then was recommended Ecosave Unfortunately This company clearly has a complete disregard for its EC04 customers had I been paying them myself then I would not have done so until the work was rectified and completed However because they get their money from the government it is easy for them to provide evidence which allows them to get paid The plasterer did not use any beading on my arched windows stating that he could not get hold of any A quick google search showed that it is easy to get hold of My arched windows are now very uneven Instead of apologising and offering to come out and redo it using correct materials they continue to state that they have done the work to a high standard and that they have picture evidence showing this I have picture evidence showing that they have not done so The window sill in my front room is uneven and raised at the joint Considering that they are supposed to be specialists in insulation they tried to cover a plastic wall in the bathroom with insultation which would have built up mold and moisture luckily I spotted this rung the insulation system manufacturer who confirmed that they cannot do this they subsequently re did the wall saying they didn t know I suspect some of the plastic is still on the side of the wall and will get the independent assessor to check this when he comes to inspect the work Two radiators are still off the wall which means that my disabled daughter has no heating in her bedroom-they have said that they are coming out to put these back but they did not turn up yesterday to do this and have not rung me to rebook or apologise My front room wall has a very obvious curve they have used all sorts of excuses such as the original wall must have been uneven because the workmanship in the old days was not as good to where they took the fireplace out there was a small section sticking out They will tell you that they took the fireplace out as a favour taking on the cost of it themselves however in the original survey I was told that it would all be gone they have told me to produce evidence of this in writing I have been left with a hot water system not fit for my purposes which includes not enough hot water to shower my disabled daughter and my older daughter not being able to wash her hair but yet they think that it is okay to tell me what is adequate for my family Ecosave have taken my good quality window sills and loft hatch off site they told me that they have dumped them - I don t believe them - and that I should have put it in writing that I wanted to keep my own property They will tell you that they take all old building materials off site and clear it up but I was only informed that the radiators piping and rubbish would be taken away I don t class good quality wood as rubbish and I would have expected them to ask before removing The company are underhand and crafty they are careful what they put in writing and hide behind technical paperwork to say that they provided the information and specifications for the job and therefore you as the customer are wrong Before the job goes ahead they have really good customer service and communication with you after they have left the property their staff become too busy to answer emails return calls or ring to book in the work that needs to be rectified They will tell you that they have three months to complete any work but that is not an excuse to ignore customers refuse to return calls or emails and not turn up without a by your leave My formal complaint was met with an operations manager brushing off all the problems that they have left including filth left around my garden and no real complaints procedure followed I am now going to be taking further action including speaking to the government department who paid them the ombudsman and trading standards along with submitting a Subject Access Request and a Freedom of Information request to the company I believe that this is the same company as Ecosave365 Ecosave boiler installations Ecosave Gas Power I would highly recommend doing research into the company and reading all reviews with 1 star before employing any of these companies I have never met such an arrogant bunch of men in my life and I m sure that they will come back with something that is entirely not true like we are working with you to resolve the issues dont touch with a barge pole

Like MANY other users I had a terrible experience with Ecosave Installations They took longer than they said did shoddy work and left sticky residue all over my laminate floors Don t go near this company for your ECO4 work

ECOSAVE INSTALLATIONS GLASGOW AVOID
I was contacted by Ecosave Installations Glasgow as a result of my energy company Octopus Energy saying I would get free internal wall insulation under the Great British Insulation Scheme I was assured it would be fitted completely free by the Ecosave man who booked the appointment A surveyor was sent to my home he was very rude blasphemed and swore continuously used suggestive language and asked very inappropriate personal questions regarding my lifestyle relationships He said he didn t need to measure as he had been in the job for years and new exactly the sizes of things When I challenged him and measured the sizes myself using a tape his written measurements were very inaccurate His reply was that my tape measure was 20 years old I wasn t aware that the length of centemetres had changed in that time He told me the job would be completely funded and I would not have to pay anything and in order to do this he needed was me to write the following on a blank piece of paper my signature DOB NI number today s date and my banking details Sort Code and account number Better still he needed to see my bank statements I showed him my council tax which had been asked for but he said that was not good enough and he needed more I asked him why he would need all these details and he said older people don t know how to fill in forms I will do it for you and copy and paste your details onto the forms He did not have any application forms with him for me to read and complete I refused to do this and told him I would only complete any forms after reading them and my signature went on NOTHING I had not agreed upon He told me that this would hold up funding I asked him about the poor online reviews of his company and he told that the workers were mostly alcoholics and drug addicts and that they had no respect for your property and the workmanship was very poor He said he was one of them The manager did inform me when I complained that indeed the company did employ a high percentage of people with addiction to drugs and alcohol The whole experience was very distressing I contacted Ecosave and complained about the way I had been treated and my surprise at being asked for all these details without producing any paperwork I have now been phoned today by the manager and informed that the full funding which was available 2 weeks ago has been withdrawn and that the funding available would only cover a part of it He was unable unwilling to tell me the source of the funding and did say that the conversation was on loud speaker with a technical man listening in They cannot fit the insulation for me and were not going to send me out any forms for the grant I have to wonder is this because they do not have my signature to apply to the forms for the claims which they will make The whole setup seems highly suspicious The company does not even rate 1 star The whole experience with Ecosave Installations Glasgow has been very distressing and a waste of my time and energy

Saddle up the horses boys
This company is in our area fitting insulation to a number of houses in our street During this time they have damaged my property by stockpiling their materials against my house I m not even getting any work done but it seems my house is a convenient yard for offloading loading their equipment and materials Contacted the company they haven t even bothered to reply so leaving a review For any potential new customers I would urge you to look at their previous workmanship There s not one house completed in our street identical to the next yet all the houses are the same Rough is an understatement for example new gutters installed on roofline above the old gutters still left in place New downpipes discharging onto the pavements not into the drainage system ponding on flat roofs as they have not sloped them Upvc facia and bargeboards fitted at weird shapes and angles and just the general mess left behind when they move onto the next property In time I don t doubt that these houses will experience problems with their roofs and it will be interesting to find out what guarantee was offered when signing up

Very poor experience of this company Salesman came to my house and reeled off a script I was then told I d have to decide there and then if I accepted their quote or not No time to consider no cooling off period I terminated the appointment and sales rep left in a mild state of disbelief This company knows nothing about business sales or customer service

Had our roof done last year
Had our roof done last year workers themselves were fine did the job did not realise he uses contractors and does not have his own roofing team Since then have had many issues and trying to get Mario to deal with them has been impossible Everything seems to be not their problem even though we had a brand new roof put in that is leaking because of poor drainage round windows we now have water damage inside because of it Try to get Mario out to fix and he sends out solar panel installers to fix it problem is still not resolved Have contacted him countless times and has still not fixed the issue On top of that he tries to blackmail you by saying take down your review on Google then I ll send someone out to fix your issue I had a previous review which I took down just to get issues sorted All in all terrible experience

Got the free government grant scheme
Got the free government grant scheme fitted by Ecosave The job seemed ok at first but now I realise I ve been left with a nightmare My garden has been taken over by 17 solar panels that haven t brought my bills down My house needed refurbished when they left They built walls and put skirting on top of carpets a nightmare to fix Plaster all over the ceiling lumps of caulk everywhere and to top it off the heater doesn t work was freezing all winter and today I got a bigger bill in than last year as it s clearly not set up properly

Avoid Terrible driveway experience
I have tried to locate a website or any other link that has to do with their driveways specifically but I have been unsuccessful ECOSAVE Instalations is the company who quoted us the job and have been paid for the works We have had a nightmare with this company who have done our resin driveway which the first attempt was well below standard laid in the rain and coming away in patches within days of completion but there was several more issues When the manager came to take a look he decided that it had to be all pulled up and relaid again It was decided that when the weather gets better they would come and re do it Whilst waiting they sent someone to temporarily tarmac the paving as it was 7 inch s above the original pavement and so we could at least park our cars off the road There has been no apologies at any time for any inconvenience that they have caused which the list is very extensive and no acceptance that it was done incorrectly The arrogance when talking to us was like they were doing us a favour Whilst waiting for the temporary pavement repair I asked when someone was going to sort the pavement out as this was almost Christmas now the manager spoke to me on the phone and be littled me ridiculed me and said you can use the drive it s only a few inches just use a plank of wood As you can tell from other reviews they have no care for the customer consideration for customers property belongings or their standard of work They turn up when ever they want and generally not earlier than 10 am if you re lucky drawing out the job This has dragged on for 5 months the second attempt was redone by the same people who did it wrong the first time and is still a mediocre job at best We are just happy they are out our lives and hope we dont experience any further issues I have totally lost faith and trust in any tradesman because of this company The way i was spoken to made me question the human race This was a very distressing situation unnecessarily and it has caused us a lot of stress and ill health This is an honest review of our experience and would not like anyone else to end up in a similar situation as we did
