Absolutely shameful service no customer support
Absolutely shameful service They have had my bag for 48 hours BA assured me they would deliver it within 12 they brought it to the wrong address I can only assume and then returned it to the warehouse It has now been over 3 days and I still do not have my bag No one answers the phone or email and live chat doesn t work I am repeatedly calling but you are just made to wait for 45min on hold and then disconnected I do understand the high volume if bags due to disruption but that is no excuse for the complete lack of customer service and repeatedly misplacing my bag and delivering it to the wrong address

Awful service
Awful service Luckily we had air tags in so could see luggahe was stuck at Blaydon and didn t move for two days BA and Swissport were hopeless and could only confirm it had gone to the courier we could see that Finally managed to contact ecourier to discover they hadn t been able to recognise the postcode as it had been input with a zero rather than letter O Why on earth someone there didnt have the common sense to follow that up I don t know UK post codes follow a familiar format after all Perhaps if I hadn t rung it would have just been left forever As it is it s 3 days since we landed and still no luggage Meds and other important items in there Come on ecourier- get your act together Update- luggage finally received crushed and minus a few hundred pounds worth of clothing Submitted a claim but still waiting to hear back

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service BA failed to bring my bags from London to Manchester Haven t had a bag the entire time I ve been here and now I have to fly home again tomorrow Courier has had my bag for 3 days now no way of contacting them I have emailed them 4 times and called them numerous times with no answer Thanks for ruining my trip here not sure how I ll ever get my bag back at this point

Shut them down hopeless company
Shut them down hopeless company No point phoning them they never answer it just on hold for thirty mintues with music and then cuts you off No reply from emails Lugagge still missing Menzies Aviation blame EcourierairTotal Joke - they have proof they have the luggage but now its disappeared SO they have basically stolen it

Feel let down
It s now Saturday luggage still not delivered though it was expected to be delivered Friday 28th in evening They received the suitcase Wednesday from BA Cannot contact them either by phone or chatbot tracking not updated still shows delivery for Friday 28th Emailed them but as yet not received an answer Frustrated at the lack of communication have no idea when I will receive my suitcase and it seems no way of finding out which contradicts their own policy

Ecourierair Web chat bot not working today Telephone - no one answers Email - no one replies They had 2 bags of mine since Wednesday one delivered today the other one is still at their depot Tracking system on web site not being updated This does not live up to their Total Transparency promise

Very poor service
This baggage courier company appears hit and miss and unfortunately for me it is a miss My baggage was misplaced at LHR 5 in the baggage debacle of 25 June One piece was delivered five days afterwards The other is still out there The company s website has a poor layout the tracking does not function properly - it showed the delivery vehicle passing my house but not stopping - e mails go without response and no one answers the telephone So customers are left in limbo I m surprised British Airways continues to contract such an inefficient service I would not use them

I have been trying to get through all morning to ecourierair No one answers phones or the chat bot I have offered to pick up my baggage myself but no one replies on any channel of communication the tracking has not been updated since yesterdays aborted delivery attempt I had informed them that there would be difficulty and offered to retrieve my bagged myself What a shambles
