Terrible Repair Replacement Experience
Sent my vac back for repair back in July as it had stopped mopping After 2 failed repairs both of which took in excess of 4 weeks they finally agreed to replace the vac however a further 4 weeks later still no replacement Company are refusing a refund even though I believe the timelines to repair have been unreasonable and I did buy direct from them Please don t waste your time with these guys very disappointing service AVOID

Avoid this terrible company
I agree with the other reviews Sent my vac back for repair after it broke it then came back badly damaged and they are doing nothing to help me They won t refund me and are leaving me with a broken Vac and no options AVOID AT ALL COSTS Ecovacs if you are reading this my case number is 672264

DO NOT BUY ECOVACS - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
DO NOT BUY ECOVACS I bought an Ecovacs robot vacuum Deebot T8 and it was brilliant until it went wrong I sent it back to Ecovacs for repair in July - I chased 6 weeks later for an update to be told it wasn t repairable and they would be sending me a new one I chased every week until 2 weeks ago as I hadn t received anything and they would never commit to when it would be sent I ve not received anything and I assume they just wait for you to get bored and give up Shockingly bad company

This is a scam company
This is a scam company do not buy anything They will run you around in circles without ever resolving your issue Refused to honor warranty or return policy Told me they would email me a shipping label so I could return the product without ever actually following through I ll be reporting them to the FTC

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service I have been trying to contact them for months On the rare occasions they actually answer the phone after hours of waiting they basically lie claiming they are waiting for the replacement part Using this excuse six months have passed and I still have not received the replacement The most frustrating part is the constant runaround from technical support One day they say it is a technical issue the next they claim the part is unavailable It would be much simpler and more honest to just admit they have no intention of replacing the broken part For the record my water tank broke twice without any apparent reason and after months of this I have been left in complete silence

Hate this company
This company does not have anything resembling customer service I have tried multiple times to report the issues I have with the stupid Robo Vac I got from them but they never listen The App does not work when you are signed in from 2 phones and I swear it would be faster for me to just hand vacuum given all the times I have to get up and deal with this machine

You get what you pay for
You get what you pay for I enjoyed my little robot from Ecovacs until one day it stopped working the unit was going in reverse and just getting stuck because the front bumper wasn t making contact with anything Sent off for repair and it was returned to me over a week later with No fault found I complained and sent it off again this time they replaced the sensors and drop sensor and gave the unit a clean Turned on robot and it immediately did the same thing so I uploaded a video to YouTube and again sent it off After a few weeks I was sent a new upgraded robot with self empty station and I was over the moon Now less than a year later the base station has stopped working so I cannot use the robot and they have refused to repair it because it s just outside of the original machines warranty I was offered a charged inspection for 44 but after my past experience with their repair centre I have zero faith in them actually fixing the issue

DO NOT MAKE SAME MISTAKE AS ME AND BUY ANYTHING FROM ECOVACS If I could give less than 1 star I without hesitantion would do so Unfortunately I never looked up reviews for the company Ecovacs but now that Im writing a review I now see that the bulk of the over 600 reviews were also 1 star as with me By far this company by far has the worst customer service The immense frustration in dealing with Ecovacs customer service from the start has been the same experience each time I called in to arrange a return of my Deebot combo I took for granted like most people I m sure regarding returning an item that the company would send a return label After initial call I looked up what was the cheapest method to return at MY expense It was between 400 to 1 100 This was not the case After going round and round eith customer service expressing this was not acceptable guessing from the weight and size of return would be very costly O then insisted on speaking with a supervisor I was immediately told I m sorry but that is not possible Puzzled by this response I asked what does that even mean Are you saying there are no supervisors The responded there wasn t a supervisor available I asked when could I speak with one They said they would schedule a call within a few days I returned within the 30 days and they assured me no money would be taken out from my checking account since returning within 30 days and even emailed them the tracking immediately after shipping back with UPS Not only did they take out the 1st payment that I didn t realize they did But today over 2 weeks after returning I just received a text from affirm the company they use for monthly payments informing me they you ll be charged on Feb 1st my next payment In shock I looked for previous charges and they had already taken the 1st payment and this was the 2nd payment of 4 total being taken from my checking account I immediately called customer service and once again got the run around telling me we are still waiting fir shipping dept to contact us eith return information After repeating what I was told ftom start of return that NO PAYMENT WOULD BE TAKEN OUT After once again realizing this person was not being helpful I demanded once again to speak with a supervisor Once again I was told that is not possible as there is no supervisor available to speak to you She put me on hold after I asked what is the soonest I could dpeak to one When She got Back on the phone she informesomeone Will contact me within the next all days
