Bought the 3500W EP3035 the guys came from Cardiff and installed for me

Value for Money

The 2000W portable power station was advertised to be a reliable off-grid multi-powered inverter and battery storage system however only on delivery did I realise how compact it is Eden Lotus team were helpful with setting up the box and I was able to plug and play as easily as I was advised Good thing that the box charges in about an hour with electicity supply from the grid and then I use it to power the house during the daytime

Sent an enquiry on 2 occasions but no response even though they say usually within the hour 5 days is a bit much if this is how they treat a sales enquiry how reliable is their after sales

Great product great service

Eden sent my 300W order through EVRI and it got stolen by the EVRI staff they delivered an empty box Eden however sent me a replacement within days Happy with that but encourage them to use a better courier

Seems a great little product

I bought a portable solar system with the compact solar panel and its of very high quality We took it out camping and it worked a treat for us to charge phones etc I even got sent a complimentary solar motion sensor light for outdoors with my order I haven t installed that yet but I m sure it will be good as well

Really prompt delivery sturdily pallet crated Engineer arrived within a couple of days to help me unbox install the unit and show me how to use the unit I was amazed at the thought and care that went into the entire sales and delivery process
