I love to write reviews and normally use my own words but when my friend received the gift she said it looked expensive and was boxed so wonderfully and Godiva came in a separate box It looked expensive I knew you were rich I am so glad to have sent a gift that looked beautiful tasted great and brought a smile to the Birthday girl We are living during some difficult times so I find joy in making others happy I would highly recommend sending an Edible Arrangements gift to all of the special people in your life From a variety of fruit to chocolate and balloons let Edible Arrangements bring some pleasure to your loved ones

Not the company to order from when in heavy demand from a season like Christmas Made three Festive orders to family out of town Was to have been red white and green as depicted in company website Flowers we re virtually entirely yellow some dead on arrival began wilting within 12 hours and were all in the garbage witching 48 hours Sad If you can t keep up with demand and provide a worthwhile product get out of the business Will not be using Ottawa franchise for services in the future

Edible Arrangements in Southbury CT My review and situation is pretty much every other bad review listed here Placed an expensive birthday gift order for it to not be delivered with no notification or explanation Contacted the store and was treated rudely then they tried to blame not having a map who uses maps it s 2021 and the recipient which was a bold face lie for the non-delivery This business is a joke

If only there s an option for Negative 5 stars The birthday basket ordered for a client was never delivered Edible Arrangement never informed the failure to fulfill the order After one month later no action was taken by EA I had to spend over an hour on the phone trying to get a simple refund jumping through all kinds of hoops I will never spend a cent with Edible Arrangement again
