Education Support are useless and are a waste of time
The negative reviews on here and other sites are real Wish I would have read them first Was advised to speak to them through the UCU union I left a negative review on here but they complained to Google and got it removed Avoid them at all costs I have been facing a lot of racism islamaphobia and harrasment from West Midlands Ambulance services in and around Sparkhill Birmingham They have been following me when I go out put loud sirens on when i walk past and they have attempted to run me over When I made a formal complaint to the West Midlands Ambulance services they harrased me even more I told the Education Support about what happened and they said I was seeing things I have a telephone recording of the conversations I was also attacked by a West Midlands Ambulance drunk NHS paramedic and two other guys during the end of April 2021 I told them about the problems at Birmingham City University I had it was as if she already knew that I had these issues like she was already told I have since been Unfairly dismissed by the cu university and have a case against them which is with ACAS Employment Tribunal She told me the opposite of what I was expecting extremely unhelpful Disgusting service Avoid at all costs

The money would have benefited the safeguarding campaign
The money would have benefited the school more than the leaflets The leaflets were no use and money could have been better spent on books or equipment

Useless
Was struggling with my mental health stress at school and personal finances Phoned them twice First woman was incredibly rude and obnoxious After telling her how I was feeling she replied So you hate your job and your life then is that what you re saying I replied no not at all After about 20 mins I actually hung up on her She phoned me back and started acting a bit nicer and a bit more professional after that But still could only offer very vague and general advice along the lines of have you tried not being sad It was a waste of time really I phoned again a few months later This time I got put through to a woman in Canada She had absolutely no idea about the English school system It was quite frustrating to talk to her as she was pretty clueless She was a nice enough person but we didn t get anywhere Then some months later I contacted them for some financial support My oven had completely broken and I needed a new one but I had absolutely no money They advertise help with paying for white goods appliances etc if you re struggling When I sent the form off I was told I had to send them 3 months worth of ITEMISED bank statements they wanted to know every single purchase I d made how much it cost and where in the country it was E g Netflix 10 99 Coffee at Lancaster services 4 79 etc etc for 3 whole months At the time I was wondering if this is even legal It seems like an incredible amount of data to give away I asked them if the front page of the statement would be enough i e monthly money coming in and going out but they said no that s not enough They also can t offer actual money they can only offer vouchers e g Amazon vouchers But I d already had to purchase the oven as I needed to eat I cancelled the request and just had to ask my parents for the money instead Quite a useless organisation I feel
