Terrible service

TERRIBLEAVOIDATALL COSTS Really saddened by these guys Paid extra to do the CBT with training and the option to retake the test later again as I knew I would get a little nervous on the bike Went out for a road ride but agreed to come back another day so I could have more experience Was made redundant the day after and didn t get around to calling them to rearrange for 5 days Was told I d lost my money Told that it was at the discretion of the company but had to rebook in 3 days If it was at the discretion of the company why couldn t they be flexible Read the Trust Pilot reviews after then realised I should NEVER have booked with these guys I m now 250 out of pocket with no certificate and these guys have basically robbed me of the second day I paid for Appaling customer service Now I can t afford to do it again on account of my job Really poor to treat people like this COMPLETE MONEY GRABBERS I WISH I D READ THESE REVIEWS SOONER PLEASE DON T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKES I DID

I have covid and spoke to the company to try and reschedule my course date Was very rude down the phone and have been ignoring my emails Basically just spent 190 for nothing Would avoid I have proof of this aswell

Don t make an appointment with them

They don t have a parking space they don t have tea They send people home for any mistake Even if you come for a CBT renewal they fail you The price is expensive and you only get arrogance It s a course not an exam Who wants to pay the nonsense do it I for one did not know that they have a bad reputation and today I was convinced

Absolutely appalling customer service

Really poor experience My daughter booked her CBT left at 6 30am to get there for an 8 30 start Trains were delayed so she called them and they told her to turn around and go home as she was going to be late This was after 1 5hrs travelling She got off the train got an uber and arrived 10 mins late only to be rudely told that she had lost her booking and money Even though everyone was still there and if they had started it was only just A hard cruel and expensive a lot of work savings lost lesson for a 17 yo who then fell ill on the way home which took another 3hrs because she was ill on the train Absolutely appalling customer service
