AVOID THEY USE YOUR CAR AND PUT YOUR CHILDREN AT RISK I used APH website to book Edward Lloyd meet and greet at Heathrow I thought this was a respectable company as it had a good rating and had a police park mark However when we returned from our holiday they firstly brought the wrong car and we had to wait 40mins for them to bring our car When we final got our car we found the fuel tank completely empty when we gave it to them with a full tank The WORST THING of all is that they had taken out our child s car seat and then only placed it back on the seat without locking the ISOFIX If we were in an accident our toddler would have had no protection It was quite clear they had used our car while we were away they even had the gall to leave empty bottles and rubbish on the floor and in the boot AVOID THIS COMPANY

Exceptionally bad and rude
Exceptionally bad and rude With no attention to detail The gps tracker showed our car was driven whilst we were away The drivers who collected our car finally after waiting 50 minutes with a small child smelt so bad and with thier pigeon english it was aweful on return the car was late again with items removed and seats pushed back rubbish in the footwells with no explinationDo not use this company

Avoid this company
Car was returned covered in crusty mud and settings on car computer fiddled with and changed Contacted APH who we booked through they responded and asked us to contact EL direct and gave us contact details No response from EL so back to APH eventually agreed to a 10 refund for car cleaning I suggested this No explanation to state of car and despite passing on bank details - no refund received Do not trust this company with your car

Damage to wheel
Dropped off my 2 month old car Was greeted by a man who had broken English with no uniform On return a wheel had just been damaged with fresh concrete dust on it The driver checked the pre drop off photo and like a new car it was as new when I had left it He said to send email to the boss and handed the car back Got a reply to my complaint saying Wheels and tyres are not covered in T C So unless you don t mind your car being damaged I would not use

Very poor customer service
We booked this company through APH On arrival the driver took photos of the vehicle on what appeared to be his personal mobile phone we weren t asked to sign any paperwork regarding the condition of the vehicle On our return flight we were due to land at 10 25 so I stated on the APH website we would collect the car at 11 30 However it turns out that the company use flight numbers rather than the time you have selected Unknown to us we had been provided with the wrong flight number so the company expected us to arrive at 06 30 The paperwork provided from the company stated that we needed to call them 30 minutes before we were due to pick up the car However on our return we had numerous missed calls and texts from the company When I spoke with the manager to try and discuss the situation he called me a liar and that my flight had landed at 06 30 not 10 30 I pointed out if my flight had landed at 06 30 I wouldn t sit around the airport for 4 hours however the man was just very rude and demanded I would have to pay the 40 fee for the wrong time Even when we showed our confirmed booking showing the flight number and the time it was due to land they would not except it wasn t our fault The customer service skills of this company are some of the worst I have ever come across and I would never use them again

so having used previous meet and greet companies we learned our lesson we had installed covert cameras and gps trackers upon drop of at terminal 5 our made numerous journeys in and around the heathrow area one stop at heathrow macdonalds the car ended up in a residential street in west drayton the car then was moved to the datchet area then to slough and then back to a public car park within the heathrow area we provided the videos to the police but they said no crime has taken place other than excessivemiles do not usethis company

AVOID - POLICE HAD TO INTERVENE BEFORE WE COULD GET OUR CAR BACK OVER 7 HOURS WAITING SECURE LOCATION IS AROUND A PUBLIC FISHING LAKE Landed and rang for meet and greet only to be told they d misplaced my keys Waited a further hour and nothing Checked key locator app and they were 7 miles from my car Rang again then told they d been stollen After 5 hours met with police only to find several vehicles had been stolen and over 100 sets of keys Police had to break into one of the stolen vehicles to get our keys back with our key locator app also found several more The staff lied through their back teeth until Surrey police told us the real story and lock of security Checked our car app only to find they had taken it for a drive 4 times while we were away There are going to be some really unhappy people landing home without their cars AVOID AVOID AVOID

FROM 100 to ZERO
Having used Edward Lloyd for the last 10 years with an excellent record in May 2023 we tried phoning them on our way to the airport as we were running 2 hours early in order to change the time of meeting After some 20 phone calls to them - most times there was NO ANSWER and we thought they had probably gone out of business eventually a recorded message told us to TEXT them a message How can you do this when you are driving We were left with no option but to use another company At the agreed time they messaged me but NO PHONE CALL I explained that their poor service meant we had to use another company and have since tried to recover my original monies without success I have asked Edward Lloyd for a refund via PayPal and they have refused From the other reviews on TRUSTPILOT I think I was lucky to write off their parking charge and NEVER WILL I USE THEM AGAIN
