On 8 13 2023 we ordered a Diamond Solitaire ring We received the ring on 8 24 2023 and immediately contacted the company about returning the ring The ring looked a lot larger online than it did in person We returned the ring and the company received the ring on 9 5 2023 The company s return policy stated the refund would take 14-21 business days As of yesterday 10 6 2023 it has been 23 business days Every time we contact the company we get the run-around about our refund Do not dare to purchase any jewelry from this company and have to return said jewelry The ring cost was 993 46 The company is Edwin Novel Jewlery Design out of Los Angeles

Worse purchase refund process EVER

On may 8th 2024 was the 21 business day waiting on my refund They continue to give me excuses for the delay Their refund process is perhaps the most complicated process I have experienced in my life and I followed their instructions perfectly Keep in mind that any step missed is a penalty towards your full refund But there are no penalties for them if they mess up Their delivery method is probably just as slow

To keep this simple and brief this Jeweler is EXTREMELY Unprofessional and the quality of their products is very poor If you try and return anything be prepared for lots of frustration and broken promises and don t count on getting your refund I have been trying to get my refund for over 31 BUSINESS DAYS and still no resolution they keep putting me off telling me they are running behind schedule and their Customer Support does not exist the reps are useless and not of any help whatsoever My next step will be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding their lack of support and failing to provide me with my refund in 14 business days again which has been over 31 business days Their company is a real joke that s not even funny anymore Beware of this jeweler I would not recommend them to anyone

I ordered a diamond pendant then read the reviews I attempted to cancel my order within the hour and was told that they have a no cancellation policy because the item is in production I received the item and returned it the next day because the quality was definitely not a G and the stone appeared smaller than 60 carat Received on 10 8 24 Returned on 10 9 24 you have to pay shipping to return the item ENJD received on 10 15 24 and acknowledge receiving on 10 16 24 As of 11 5 2024 no refund has been issued It has taken them longer to refund my order then it took for them to create an inferior qaulity pendant During this time I have also ordered and received a H VS2 pendant from a reputable jeweler To review you cannot cancel an order once submitted The pendant I received was not G VS2 quality and was dull They do not pay for the return of their inferior product Their refund process is 14 to 21 Business days after they receive the return because it has to be inspected Which means that they have given themselves until November 13th to issue a refund Which is unheard of from a customer service prospective Maybe if they spent more time creating decent jewelry 5 business days from order to receipt of their inferior quality pendant versus 21 business to inspect and refund maybe ENJD would have more statistified customers By the way I heard that they like to threaten those who leave bad reviews with lawsuits I say bring it because every statement within this review is factual PS I just realized the diamond sku IS NOT included on the invoice just the sku for the pendant Okay you have been warned

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING I placed an order on 11 30 which I returned the day after I received them You have the earrings back that were confirmed No one reached out to me to talk about the return I didn t care for the diamonds and returned them so instead of refunding me my money You are now saying that the earrings were damaged no phone call no message on my account and most importantly no proof of damage I returned them through USPS as instructed so now i know you re a liar and a fraud Please DON T PURCHASEANYTHING

Do not consider using Was told a simple pair of diamond earrings was considered custom and told I could not cancel the order as it was in production when in fact they had not even found the order or placed in production at time of call to cancel Fast forward 8 weeks they have still not processed the order I am getting a run around about them refunding me My personal opinion is this is a ponzi scheme they are running and will be reaching out to attorney generals office tomorrow Its clear they make it as difficult as possible and have written things in such a way to try and cover them knowing they are about to screw the customer The reviews without a doubt are paid for reviews Cartier has filed suit against them and Jewelry company has filed suit against Reddit because of the negative commentary that has been made against them To note Cartier is in the process of securing default judgement and Reddit had the case dismissed that was filed against them by this jeweler Run Run as fast as you can
