Excellent customer service and products I bought couple of custom shaped foams and received them very quickly The whole online order process was so straight forward and I received exactly what I wanted Perfect fit excellent quality Debbie in particular represents amongst the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced She was very polite and professional patiently dealing with all of my queries and resolving them in no time I believe her customer centricity should be praised and recognised

I sent my 2 sofa seat covers and an armchair seat cover to efoam to fill as my seat cushions were saggy and difficult to get up from it was a bit of a gamble because to be honest I didnt really know what I was going to get back Once the covers were received Angie from Efoam called me to advise me what was the best filling I didnt know and just agreed The turn around time was great they came back within 4 working days and have made the BIGGEST differnce as now we are happy to sit on our sofa again as its super comfy firm but not too firm just what we should have expected in the first place from a very expensive furniture shop that filled the cushions with feathers and charged a fortune Very inpractable We are delighted with our new seating and cant thank e foam enough Super happy to give them a 10 10 service star
