Technical issues with the platform

I tried twice to do the 90 min test the speaking section is the last section when you reach that section they show you a message This site works best in Chrome when you lost 1 hour of your time the platform never recognize my microphone and I tested mi mic and earphones before at the second try I used Chrome but I had the same Issue the platform never recognized my microphone even though I finished the test and I continue waiting for my certificate

This is supposed to be a bad joke

This is supposed to be a bad joke All tests are terminated prematurely by the site operator or are not displayed at all Hence even native speakers only achieve beginner level You guys please maintain your site properly or close it Thank you
