So easy so quick

Went online it was so easy got what i wanted Was kept updated of the whereabouts my parcel was and it only took a couple of days Was delighted how quickly my order came One happy customer

Customer service was good

Shoes arrived next day as paid for there was a metal buckle on the front of shoe that was completely broken when it arrived The metal is sticking through the shoe I requested assistance with returning as I don t believe I should pay for returns when the item is faulty I sent pictures of this to ego and they are offering 30 refund and for me to keep the shoe I expressed I don t want to keep a broken shoe I then received a prepaid label from Ego so I could sent the shoe back Customer service was so quick Appreciate the help from Danial and Angelique Thanks again

Dispatch date issue

Had a small problem with dispatch dates so I got in contact as I needed part of the order sooner than expected delivery Angelique was so quick to respond and extremely helpful Thank you very much
