APPALLING
Very appalling service I ordered Oxyshred hardcore Cali Cola on a bundle 2 weeks ago and I did not receive my order I followed up and waited 2 days for a reorder created by them and reassured that my order has been redone I asked to expedite my order but with no response And then I am told that Cali Cola is no longer in stock and if I want a different flavour WHAAAAT I waited ages for cali cola and not only did they mess up my order they re also telling me now that I can t get my preferred flavour because of their error My order have not even been expedited and I m not getting the favour that I ve waited so long for This is truly unacceptable I told them that they do realise that money don t fall from trees and I ordered the bundle so I won t worry about cali cola being out of stock and it was nice to have a discount on top of it And now they re telling me that what I paid is for now is going to go for a flavour that I don t want and I don t have any other choice but accept it And they offered me a miniscule discount to make up for their error Disgusting

I m so disappointed with this company
I m so disappointed with this company Paid 40 for 1 item then 6 delivery on top which is ridiculous to then be told my delivery was failed twice even though I was home both days They then agreed to send me a replacement and I ve been home all day again and the package has apparently been delivered which is a lie They use amazon to ship their items and I order directly from Amazon all the time and never have any issues with delivery Seems a bit of a coincidence that it s now happened 3 times Clearly they need to look into their delivery drivers Waiting for a refund Won t be ordering again from this website

I ordered on EHPLABS two protein bundle
I ordered on EHPLABS two protein bundle and they were the only in stock pumpkin spice latte vanilla chai When I received the order it was incomplete with just the pumpkin spice latte protein powder Immediately contacted the customer service on the email and they answered me the next day saying the vanilla chai was no longer in stock so they probably didn t even shipped the protein powder to me and they could send me another flavour rocky road and guess what it was the only in stock They never shipped the protein powder they promised me and kept ignoring my emails they also didn t tell me nothing about the other protein powder that was in the bundle that s weird This website is a scam and it s a shame cause it is very famous and sponsored Oh anyway the only way to contact them it s on the email cause on the website they give other options such as mobile number and live chat but they don t work

No customer service
My credit card information and address were stolen and used to make a digital wallet with EHP Labs to purchase their products While that is presumably not their fault they never responded to my requests to fix this issue by closing the fraudulent account or removing my info My credit card company keeps rejecting charges from them even closing multiple cards because the digital wallet automatically updates with a new card number when the old one is closed Honestly it ends up being more work for EHP Labs because some charges did go through before being cancelled That s lost time inventory for EHP Labs but yeah don t answer someone trying to help

Worst company I ve dealt with
This companies mismanagement is appalling Even though I was in contact with EHPlabs concerning my order no less than three times over the course of a week and a half it still took them two full weeks to inform me my order was delayed because a free tshirt that came with my bundle was no longer in stock I honestly couldn t have cared less about the tshirt it was the products I wanted Two weeks to respond as to why my order was held up is pathetic they could have just thrown in another shirt or just left it out and sent the order through with an apology note and I would have been happy Still they could have told me the first email or even the second email and sorted it out with me but no apparently the first two customer relations people it wasn t their job mismanagement at its finest Great products but clearly mismanaged company with totally inept customer service skills Over a month later my order was delivered not that I can use it they had two weeks to deliver it which I paid extra for express post before I had to go interstate but because of their ineptness it didn t arrive in time all because of a shirt I didn t care about and won t fit me anyway

I am extremely disappointed with your company s handling of my order I placed an order on the 12th for a bundle and received an email shortly after stating that my package would ship within 1-2 days and I would receive a follow-up email with tracking information That never happened I reached out to customer service twice to express my concerns The first response advised me to contact the carrier directly which was impossible as I had not received a tracking number and was unsure of which carrier was being used In the second response I was informed that the items I ordered were out of stock and that I would be contacted within a few days with a solution However it has now been 9 days and the items are still listed as available on your website I believe a solution should have been provided or a refund issued by now Despite my follow-ups I have not received a tracking number or any further communication since the second email After checking Google reviews it seems this is a common issue with your company particularly concerning your bundle deals
