I was happy with the responsiveness of the support team on several accounting issues I had I have also been very happy with the Pod 3 cover itself I find it is having a positive effect on my sleep quality I appreciate the autopilot feature adjusting my sleep temperature over the course of the night

I purchased the Eight Sleep Pod 3 and cover It s a very good product from a quality perspective The set up is very easy with good instructions and it works predictably and well The app is a 4 5 but the rest is 5 5 However I ended up returning it only because I purchased to try to improve my sleep I ve tracked my metrics carefully before and after and it didn t turn out to improve what I was after But that s just me I m giving eight sleep full marks however because in addition to being a good product that just wasn t for me they made the return incredibly simple and I obtained a full credit with no hassle They were gracious and very responsive during the whole time even though they lost money That s the mark of a trustworthy company in my opinion

You ll never want to sleep anywhere else

We have two of their beds and are going on year 4 with them I literally don t want to spend the night out anywhere because I love this bed so much We have had leaks in both of our beds and both were resolved quickly and easily Your customer service is exceptional

I have genuinely enjoyed watching this company continue to grow and blossom into a marketable force in the industry I think they have the best foundation for a big push into the homes of millions and that s built on the best tech in the space That message has translated well to the customer service team they represent the brand well they are very helpful and now during this period of growth it seems like they just want to streamline the experience make it simple easy timely and get back to building the brand On that note I ve had to return my Active Grid Cover now 3 times in 4 years Each time a minor leak sprang up and each time the customer service team has been INCREDIBLY helpful and responsive Multiple e-mails a day prompt responses insightful information and each resulted in a brand new grid shipped to me quickly as a replacement fully covered under the warranty It s been great and although I mention the product often to my friends and family on how much of a life changer the product is I don t often enough sing the praises of the customer service team Everyone has been great
