I ve been with eir for over 2 years for broadband TV and 3 mobile plans never had any issues I did have to call care once regarding porting and I got through quickly and it was resolved in a few minutes I recommend eir and I m surprised to see all the negative reviews

Amazing customer service

I have a broadband with Eir for 7 years now every time I had a problem with speed or internet was completely down I contacted their customer service every single time they were very helpful and every single time they resolved my issue to my satisfaction Recently I decided that I don t really like being with Three so me and my husband ported our numbers to Eir their promotional offer and service they were offering looks good to us We went to eir shop in Waterford we ported our number but the store assistant changed our contract and because of that the prices change drastically So I contacted eir customer service I spoke with Erika hope I spelled your name correctly she was very nice very helpful and fixed the issue during 5 minutes Unfortunately 3 days later my new bill was issued I was in shock because the price was very high and not what Erika promised But when I contacted Eir customer service just few minutes ago Sean explained to me that the changes were actually requested but unfortunately wasn t applied to the bill Sean was helpful and fortunately he was able to fix the issue 10 minutes maximum he need it for it Amazing customer service and I m very happy to be the customer of Eir

The bad reviews had me worried but I had to go with them as nobody else serves this area TV Phone Broadband Mobile omg it was grand zero issues And I ve had it a good few months now

I m gonna break the mold with this review based on what I ve seen here After a widespread outage on Wednesday broadband and internet still hadn t returned this evening On a horrible Friday evening weather wise a night in front of the TV was needed I wasn t happy I couldn t have that with my service down so I rang Eir my provider I was blessed to get John Aherne Any guy that can keep a woman sane on a Friday evening at the end of a week that felt like a century long plus the first after returning for holidays deserves a medal And to keep ME happy He s a downright miracle worker He also fixed the problem I had while on the call 3yrs and counting with Eir and this was the only time I had a service issue with them The other 3 calls in three yrs were to get a better deal when my contract was up which they gave me So 4 phone calls in three yrs one about an issue that gets resolved while on the call after an immediate answer I wish all my other services had this record And I am a skeptic and never wanted to be a customer of theirs at the start Glad to be proved wrong and a very happy customer John is a gem and should be recognised
