Contract automatically renews for 12 months after the initial 12 period

Used them for a year Terrible service High turnover Difficult to get anyone to even respond much less assist in any sort of conflict resolution which is part of the service they supposedly offer What is potentially worse than the service is the contract they lock you into They try to keep your from leaving when you cancel by sending you an email that tells you to prepare for lower sales volume as they are going to delete all the reviews you have gathered When you leave all the feedback you gathered is their property and they harass you about removing any of it from any of your pages or they will sue you Cold German company without a soul You can do better and if you do decide to go with them rewrite the contract to your comfort level before signing with them

Not reliable

Have been with ekomi for many years but wanted to try a different provider as was not happy with their solution to new GDPR so gave them notice that I wanted to stop using their service in May but have still been invoiced for all of May fair enough but then charged again for June then charged for July and now just been invoiced for all of August I have not used then since April Turns out the contract automatically renews for 12 months after the initial 12 period has completed so if you don t give notice 1 month before end of any 12 month period then you are tied in for another 12 months

Bad and Sad this is eKomi

The reviews that this company gives are fake and not at all reliable e g Flip4New has almost 5 stars on eKomi yet less than 2 anywhere else including on Trustpilot Additionally you need a proof of purchase to review on eKomi and somehow this tiny horrible company Flip4New has over 15K reviews They could at least try to make it more credible

Fake reviews

Their reviews seem to be completely fake Their customers always have near 5-starts reviews If you check that same company elsewhere including Trustpilot the review is around 1-2 stars How is it possible the same company has 1 5 out of 5 on ALL review portals but 5 stars on eKomi
