We found Ekron through Compare my move and honestly could not be more happy with the level of service we recieved from Enrico The survey was exceptionally detailed and Enrico took the time to have a meeting and talk us through all the points raised he has an open door policy so even if you have further questions following the survey he is more than happy to help I honestly couldn t recommend him more highly particularly when the industry is notoriously difficult to find good levels of servce Outstanding

Absolute professional and really cares
Enrico completed a level 2 survey for the purchase of a residential semi-detached 3 bedroom house in Ruislip Manor for myself and my partner I cannot recommend Enrico enough He was friendly timely thorough gave us his time to go through the survey on a call while he was on holiday and provided opinion and advice on risk so that we could focus our attention where needed or understand the types of repair or maintenance work required His pricing is very reasonable and he was an absolute professional through and through I would use him for any future surveys without hesitation - you need a surveyor like Enrico when going through one of the most stressful transactions of your life

In my opinion all surveyors would know the theory as they all are registered professionals What really makes a surveyor stands out is their attention to detail This is what I found in Enrico It feels like he sees everything and his reports are very detailed with lots of pictures His communication is also excellent Very happy with his service

A genuine person Gave me free advice on the phone before I instructed him Quick turnaround He actually ran through the report with me in detail and I am a customer that has lots of questions Goes above and beyond to provide what I am looking for Is actually interested in my situation Wanted to find out responses from the vendor to then update his advice Clearly knows how to provide exactly the information you need at the stage you re in re your home I got a level 3 because I wanted to be extra cautious on buying an old victorian maisonette I am so glad I did Well worth it Now I am in a much clearer position in my first home purchase Thank you
