Securing our dream retirement home

My wife and I are thrilled to have acquired the last Alvechurch Special home available at the lovely Eden Homes Mossley Hill Gardens development Kenneth the sales manager was just excellent in assisting us with the process and was instrumental in us being able to secure the property we had fallen in love with This will be our retirement move from Bristol back to our home town I was born some 200 yards or so away Ken s help was fantastic at all times and we will be forever in his debt What a lovely man Dave and Elaine Jackson

We looked at a property at Redwood Gardens Although we did not proceed to a purchase the level of service we received for the sales executive named Shirley was exceptional Nothing was too much trouble for her she answered every question from 4 members of the family and we ended up talking after the official close of business for the day If you are going to visit the development make sure you ask to speak to Shirley - she is exceptional

Great after sale service

Two years after purchasing our home I was having difficulty locking the kitchen bifolding window-doors The fault was probably caused by the heatwave we ve been experiencing recently rather than anything else I called Peter who had been the site manager previously and even though he was posted on another site and was no longer working here he was extremely helpful About an hour later Steve showed up who had clearly dropped what he was doing to attend to our issue he spent a good hour readjusting the window door until it was back in good working order I am delighted with the after sales service

I recently picked up the keys to my new Elan home and I absolutely love it I would like to thank the sales managers Collette and Ken who have been so helpful and supportive during the whole process Since moving in George the site manager has also been very helpful and I would definitely recommend Elan homes for their friendly and excellent customer service

Ken at Mossley Gardens

We have recently bought a house on the Mossley Gardens site After an initial poor experience with one of the sales team she no longer works on the site we had excellent care from Ken whilst buying our house He was supportive and attentive during the whole process He also helped us secure a part exchange after our house sale fell through days before exchange He is a delight to work with and is always professional He gets things done when time is of the essence We really can t thank him enough
