Elevace have been brilliant - they had no obligation to recover deposits lost on a failed development and still Mitch and his team have gone to all lengths to ensure the development still completes and the investors receive their original investments I couldn t be more thankful as there s very few that would care enough to go through the pain Mitch has over the past 3 years to secure funding and resale of the units Mitch and his team have been available to answer questions whenever needed and as always haters will hate but the majority of us from the Lyceum Development will agree that without Elevace we d be sitting on a huge deposit write off
