absolutely worst customer experience possiblephone woman was just constantly putting messages to the specialist the specialist replied only 1 time in 3 weeks of my attempts to contact them and they all started talking only after I put a Reclamation I lost 5 weeks of time because nobody was able to explain that if you see RMA something in the work status - just go back to the seller and ask for refund replacement

Scam
Scam will never do the same mistake that s for sure Never used product had to get a repair and had to pay 12000 for it had insurance They blame it on me and that it is my fault for a product that s not used No help and you don t even have anything to say Feel completely scammed and powerless Tried to have them call me they said in the store they had 24h but they never called either Ending up paying more than half the price extra for product that haven t been used Sadly trusted them EDIT respond I didn t say it was open 24h it was the time frame they gave me for them to call me back to check my problem and respond from someone who could help me properly Also they don t say this before but if u leave a product for repair you have 3 choices 1 pay the repair 2 pay to have it scrapped for me over 2000kr 3 pay to have it shipped back still broken for me over 3000kr Never made a bad review before but this time I m really and truly disappointed

Send the invoice the product model and all the necessary data by indication of the LG brand to your technical service After telling me to send the product they return the product without repair saying that it is not covered by the guarantee because it is a low-cost product and giving me a 350kr invoice The guarantee at European level is a minimum of 2 years regardless of the value of the product Before sending the product they already knew both the model the price and the place of purchase Once the product is in the technical service I am not contacted nor am I offered the option of giving me a repair estimate It seems like a joke to me this way of wasting my time doesn t make any sense

I would give 0 point if I can Elcare has the worst service that I have ever seen in Sweden My Sony TV was sent to Elcare to repare because it is not power on After checking the TV Elcare told me to order and replace the motherboard to be able to fix my TV Of course I assume they know how to fix and accept the cost estimation But after they put the new motherboard on my TV it didn t show the pictures because they THOUGHT the t-con moudule needs to be replaced as well Due the t-con moudule is no longer manufactored they decided to scrap my TV and sent me the cost estimation of scrapping my TV including the costs of work they have already done I asked them to send my TV instead but they told me that they can only scrap my TV because the TV is not at their workshop anymore which means I can not get it back What the hell If you can not fix the TV I will ask someone else do If you can not order the T-con moudule I will find a second hand one on the market and try it Why did you scrap my TV without my aurhorization You should get my TV back or buy me a TV

Laptop screen broke during the service
My MSI laptop went to warranty repair after a broken hinge After two weeks of wate I got my computer back The hinge had been repaired but the lcd display was damaged during the service I made a complaint and visited the service to explain how the color rendering of the computer had gone all weird after the service The service did not acknowledge there was a fault I tried all calibration and update tricks to fix the problem but nothing helped I suspected that there was something wrong with the part they replaced when they fixed the hinge but the service claimed that this was impossible Very unpleasent experience all together and in general the customer service at the Elcare service in Finland has been quite unhelpfull and rude

VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
I have bought a laptop in the elgiganten gothenburg Sweden the device doesn t work and instead of sending it to a certified depot Lenovo they send it to Elcare Nordic They think that they have repaired the device by changing the MB but when I came home and turn on the device it presents the same identical problem I wrote to the elgiganten and elcare nordic an email but anyone is answering me although now the device is under warranty Elcare This situation is damaging me a lot DICEMBER 2023 VERY VERY Bad service I have bought a laptop in Sweden but now it doesn t not work ELGIGANTEN SWEDEN have obligated me to bring the device in Sweden even if I live in Italy now So I have shipped my device from Italy to Sweden for a repair paying by myself all the expense 120 The device after repair by Elcare Nordic presents the same identical problem even though they have written motherboard changed wow so strange the laptop does not works display black after some days phone calls I brought the device to a support depot Lenovo in Italy and SURPRISE the problem was ONLY the card wifi and not the MB Now the elgiganten ELCARE does not take any responsibility They have damaged me economically and psychologically IT SEEMS CLEARLY THAT ELCARE DID NOT DO ITS JOB Still now the Elcare Nordic does not give me an answer i WROTE TO THEM AT 26 12 2023

LG sent me to Elcare for at warranty
LG sent me to Elcare for at warranty repair sent the monitor in got it back without the problem fixed got charged 1881 DKK for them to have a look and say the issue isnt there Now am fighting with the customer support which is lacking you can t call them and they just deny the problem Also i am now receiving invoices for devices which has nothing to do with me yet they put me on the billing address So NEVER SENT THEM ANYTHING Update I can see you answered saying it doesnt meet the required number of dead pixels however in a email response you guys said no issues where found

Slow faulty and doesn t care all that much
I bought a very expensive 49 inch screen from Samsung 2 years ago and it has been nothing but problematic That is partially Samsung responsibility but wholly on Elcare Nordic s side as they are the responsible repair company for Samsung in the Nordics The screen has been sent back to Elcare Nordic now 3 times and both times it has returned more faulty than when it left Repairing the same screen 3 times is an absolute travesty This last time the screen has been with repairs for 5 weeks In total I have not had this screen for 12 weeks due to repairs That is 3 months out of 24 that I ve not had it And everytime I have had to keep the original packaging or spend significant energy wrapping it properly Samsung please change Elcare Nordic which doesn t even pick up the screen but has left this with e-service nu which is also slow to come picking and return The unit now sits with them for a FULL WEEK and initially before I complained to Elcare Nordic they wanted to spend 10 days to picking a screen that has to be transported 25 minutes from my place to their depot in Glostrup
