So many marine mammals seen

We saw a lot of whales and dolphins and guide was extremely informative It was cold so the overalls provided on board were really helpful In case you don t get great photos yourself the photos taken by the crew on board are easy to get from the company and tend to be better

The crew was incredible the boat was steady and large They told us to watch the birds circulate and dive that s how we would find the whales We saw at least 6-8 humpback whales all feeding as well as a pod of 3 white-beaked dolphins and another 3 minke whales Two of the humpbacks particularly caught our attention One breached twice Then another one would keep rolling and bring a pectoral fin out of the water This happened at least 5 times It was very cool And when it was over the crew emailed us photos

I purchased the combo tour which included a three hour whale watching tour and a one hour puffin watching tour The tours were fantastic The guide gave us very interesting information about the whale species we were seeing and about the puffins in Iceland We saw so many white beaked dolphins minke whales and so many adorable puffins Elding goes out of the way to make sure their guests leave satisfied They even provide us with their awesome photographs How can you beat that Their prices are reasonable and they communicate professionally by emailing and phoning if an event has to be cancelled due to bad weather I would take their tours again They are the best whale and puffin watching tour in Reykjavik They have a wonderful souvenir store too on their boat You get 15 off if you show them the card they give you

What an amazing tour

What an amazing tour We saw whales dolphins and porpoises The crew was very friendly and enthusiastic We could really tell they are very respectful towards the animals we were able to see two humpbacks for nearly half an hour everybody was silent the engine was off and the crew was also in awe Only when the whales left the engine was back on and we also started moving again We really felt like we had all the time in the world and we didn t disturb the animals The next day we were able to get a link for photo s the guide made and also we could read the report on the trip specifying everything we saw during the trip We truly recommend taking a trip with them it really was an amazing magical adventure

We took the classic whale tour and it was AMAZING Elding whale watching have very capable and enthusiastic staff telling about the sighted whales and dolphins and their behavior I would definitely recommend this tour when visiting Iceland Also warm overals are available which makes the tour very comfortable Pictures taken by the crew can be provided by email
