Dishonourable company - totally ignored my return email there employee is named Tarlotan Bhambra who went silent im a professional electrician and am now stuck with stock that they failed to honour the return and ignored my company email - AVOID AT ALL COST

A fraudulent website operating with the intention of stealing money from customers I ordered five items and received one item worth a fraction of my initial order I photographed the item received and the size of the packaging it arrived in As previous reviews mention the company have no intentions of supplying goods or refunding monies Please report the website and contact Trading Standards if you have been effected

Order was process quickly and that s as good as it gets One of the items that arrived was damaged parts broken off of it were not within the packaging which would indicate that the item was packaged up in this broken state Over two weeks for a reply from the company after repeated emails to them Completely unacceptable for anyone running a business and I would advise anyone to avoid them

Not Happy avoid
ITS A SCAM Ordered one item and was sent the wrong one which costs much less I have tried to get it resolved by emailing and called the customer service two times and spoke to someone I was promised the item will be picked up same day It s been two weeks and despite calling it still hasn t been picked up Now they re not picking up the phone I have lost hope of receiving a refund now so will bite the bullet and take the loss Hopefully I have learnt my lesson and not buy from untrusted places again Order no 4430
