I ordered my Model E e-bike in January

I ordered my Model E e-bike in January 2023 I chatted with a sales rep online This was my first experience purchasing an e-bike He was very informative helpful and patient with me I am a 66 year old woman I was most concerned about purchasing an e-bike that would accommodate my severe arthritis He walked me through the benefits of this bike My final question for him was If I was your grandmother would you encourage me to buys this e-bike His answer was Yes This company was exceptionally accommodating I live in the Northwoods of Wisconsin In January February March and April we had over 120 inches of snow There was no way I could ride the bike to make sure I really wanted it They waited until May to ship it and I got it on May 10 I love this e-bike Thank you so much

Richness of Balinese Culture

We really enjoyed the tour Our guides were so knowledgeable and taught us the rice growing cycle They also explained some of their important rituals and beliefs This enriched our trip and gave us a connection to the people who live here that we will bring home with us Oh and the riding was really fun and easy

What an experience

What an experience From never having talked with a bicycle company to enjoying the process their experts had guided me along It was so easy that I bought another bike two days later We are very pleased with both of our bikes

Battery support

Our batteries had gone to sleep and all I had to do was ship them back They woke them up and even installed a new connector so that I can use my external charger to wake them up myself All at no cost The only thing they could do better is send an email when they shipped them back so I could keep an eye out for them when they arrived We are so glad we chose Electric Bicycle Company

I have been looking at E-Bikes for a few months and have chatted with more than a few sales people Blake at EBC has been great he answered all my questions over two days and made product suggestions I pulled the trigger on the Model A Basket and Lock I 100 would recommend EBC and more importantly Blake He helped me make my decision to give my business to EBC

The customer service from the first phone call until purchase and beyond was perfect I was so unsure of what company to go with but with my talks with staff made such a difference plus the making of the bike in US it became a no brainer So happy with my purchase

Received my model E in perfect condition

Received my model E in perfect condition I had a little bit of trouble getting my seat the correct height and wasn t sure if I was tightening the correct clamp so I called their customer service and they got back to me immediately helped me through it and I was able to ride What an amazing bike--battery was fully charged rode very smoothly I love it Thank you EBC I also love the alarm
