very good support for a fault caused by installer

I had an Airbnb client arriving in 2 days and there was no hot water I called The Electric Boiler Company to come and repair it they were very professional and knowledgable and sent Jaz to repair it before my guest arrived Jaz was amazing he went above and beyond to make sure I didn t have to cancel my guest He came out twice within 24 hours it was quite a distance for him to drive He is such a lovely guy and is a credit to this company I highly recommend Jaz Thank you Claire Oxfordshire

Even though my boiler had suddenly died and I was angry and scared because the weather was very cold plus I hadn t sent off my warranty when boiler was installed 15 months ago I received really good support by email from Jessi and then when my local electrician came to see what was wrong a very helpful man from the boiler company talked my electrician through it all and how to fix it It seems a fuse had blown because the heating engineer had not tightened something up enough not the boilers faulty at all

Hi I had an issue with a leak in my electric boiler on Friday morning called their service line and reported the issue They booked an engineer for Monday next and Jas arrived on time fixed the issue with new parts in 30 mins under the warranty terms Jas is a credit to his company and wished others operators has this level of efficiency Jas well done Eddy
