No place to fill in zero stars The service from Electrolux is horrible and they are real scammers When explicitly asked about service warranty the technician appointment is booked straightaway without answering the emails Then they charged for the service since technician mentioned that its not covered under warranty which could have been responded in the email so that all these hassles would not have happened Just a scammers

They made me pay for a service appointment although they delivered a product that is not working properly Got it fixed by another company because Electrolux came up with a big BS story Other company was shocked to hear about the service of Electrolux Terrible company Do not buy here

3 months to replace a faulty hob within warranty period
I bought a combo induction hob from AEG in December 2022 This induction hob did not function but AEG refused to honour the warranty and replace it for 3 months After two visits from electricians from AEG hours on hold and many emails which were not responded to AEG agreed that the induction hob was faulty and they would replace it The new induction hob took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and 2 days after being installed by AEG technicians began to show error messages AEG s advice is to turn it on and off again Truly terrible customer service and while the products might be OK quality as long as nothing goes wrong I would steer clear given the horrendous customer service

Never buy an electrolux device
Our dishwasher stopped to work in the warranty period a tecnician came said that the repair will be 244 and this is not cover because it was our fault to use too much the program eco We said we dont want to repair it and i told him i would like to complaint because to use a program that its available its not a reason to not cover it So the guy left We were calling sending emails with no answer terrible customer care service we receive a letter one month later as a reminder to paid 244 We are in shock and we will take legal measures against Electrolux Never ever buy a device from this company

The costumer service is terrible they give me two wrong appointments and the technician who came to my house knock at another door and was very rude
