This is by far the best company I have ever dealt with Amazing service lovely couriers and friendly staff I bought a Samsung Frame TV and was kept informed of delivery after security checks which are company policy Morning of the delivery the couriers arrived and kindly offered to set up the TV for me The TV unfortunately turned out to have a slight fault so I called the company and they were very good in instructing and giving procedures to follow to rectify the fault which didn t work unfortunately so they arranged a collection of the TV immediately Again the couriers turned up earlier than anticipated and offered to pack it up for me The company said I could look for an alternative on their site as they had no more Frame TV s in stock or receive a refund I requested a refund which was processed by the following week Everything was so smooth and left such a lasting impression of this company that I would highly recommend them to anyone and I would not hesitate to ever buy again Thank you guys

Great place Dont expect whistles and bells if you call in The prices and service are excellent I got a great deal It was a second I knew that prior to calling in and got the chance to see the mark on the screen before I finally took the tv away Exactly as described actually didnt look as bad I ll use them again and be happy to recommend
