Overcharged and No Refund Offered
I had a terrible experience with Electroverse During a recent charging session for my EV I was overcharged significantly The advertised rate was 49p per kWh but I was charged 85p per kWh instead After contacting the company and providing evidence of the overcharge they showed no interest in resolving the issue or refunding my money This kind of behavior feels like a scam targeting drivers who rely on accurate pricing If a company cannot honor its advertised rates it shouldn t be in this business I will no longer trust or use Electroverse for EV charging and recommend others proceed with caution I ll be posting the evidence of this overcharge elsewhere as well to ensure transparency I was over charged by 14 26 Electroverse stop scamming drivers Mistakes happen make it right and stop false advertising

My prefered app to charge my car
I have been using this app to charge my car since April of 2024 in Spain and France I tried all similar apps in the market and I find Electroverse the easiest to use and with fair prices During this time for only one day because of the bug in the Electroverse s app I had to use another application Other than that I didn t have issues and I enjoy using this app

Guys I love this charging app
Guys I love this charging app I drive a lot for work which is not the easiest to charge when I have an EV but the prices are really decent and 9 times out of 10 I can use these chargers which is a huge relief
