The information from Elegant Radiators was 100 We ordered the Towel rail on Monday it was delivered on Tuesday and was fitted on Wednesday Complete with matching valves and it looks very elegant and the fitter was also very impressed

Amazing Service
I purchased a radiator from Elegant Radiators which was delivered promptly and in good order We subsequently changed our plans and therefore needed a different sized radiator As far as customer service is concerned Ibrahim was quick to answer the phone and arrange for pick-up of the delivered radiator and delivery of the new one all for an agreed fee based on DHL s fees Ibrahim also arranged for waiving of the additional fee Looking forward to using the new radiator and getting refund for the delivered radiator when it is returned
