2 orders with a month

Within the last month I have placed 2 orders with elekdirect My first one I was looking for a normal TV - not smart - somehow my Google search lead me to elekdirect great range of TVs all at a great price Found 1 I wanted placed the order on the Friday and it was all delivered by dpd on the following Wednesday My 2nd order was even better My fridge freezer was at least 18 hrs old so decided it was time to upgrade Due to having a large family felt an American style fridge freezer would fit us better but didn t really fancy paying the price of one decided to look on elekdirect and found a suitable one at a great price this was due to some push marks on the doors This again was ordered on the Friday and delivered right into my kitchen by expert logistics the following Tuesday I would highly recommend elekdirect and will definitely be using again

Great customer service

We bought an American fridge freezer from Elek direct After delivery we waited for the 4 hours plugged it in and noticed straight away there was a fault The lights in the fridge didn t turn on when the door was opened and the fridge was alarming that the door was open when it wasn t Contacted elek and spoke to James who said he would speak to hisense and see if they could shed any light The next day I spoke with James again and he said they would just replace it for us Next day the new fridge was delivered and the faulty one taken away Thankfully this one isn t faulty and we re really pleased with it Couldn t fault the customer service and response was excellent We ve had a few things from here in the past and will definitely use elek direct again
