Serious Concerns About Elevate Pay Possible Scam and Poor Customer Support

I have been using Elevate Pay since it launched and I feel compelled to leave an honest review especially for the Bangladeshi community My experience with this platform has been increasingly frustrating and I believe it s important to highlight these issues to prevent others from being potentially scammed Firstly every time I or others raise legitimate concerns particularly regarding withdrawals and incentives our comments are ignored by the admin i am not disclosing the name for now from Bangladesh Instead of addressing our issues he simply deletes our comments from social platforms This behavior is a major red flag and suggests that the platform might be a scam Recently I noticed someone commented on the community group on Facebook about the same issue I was facing After checking my statement from the banking app I noticed the same problem When we make withdrawals from USD to BDT the money comes to our bank accounts as local transfers from banks like Pubali Bank and National Bank rather than as remittance This is highly suspicious because these banks are not known for handling remittance This discrepancy raises serious questions about the platform s transparency and legitimacy Customer support is virtually non-existent Attempts to get clarification or support are met with silence or deletion of comments This lack of communication and support is unacceptable and highly unprofessional While the platform may have worked well initially these issues cannot be ignored I urge others to be cautious and think twice before using Elevate Pay The fact that such basic and critical issues are being mishandled suggests that this is not a real company Elevate Pay please address these concerns transparently and provide proper answers Until then I cannot recommend this platform to anyone Thanks Update They are once again misleading people Before writing this review I contacted the bank and they confirmed that the amount had not been received as remittance When I raised the issue with Elevate Pay s support team they initially told me to wait while they investigated They followed up with a few messages but ultimately never provided a solution In the end they just disappeared without resolving the issue The support team is extremely unprofessional They only seem to take action when they receive negative reviews which is a major red flag and highlights their lack of professionalism Additionally I didn t receive my incentive for my last few transactions When I raised this issue with support they claimed they were investigating but months have passed and I still haven t received any response or resolution Therefore I do not recommend using their service

Elevate Pay Scam Alert Don t Get Ghosted by Their Customer Service

I recently applied for an account with Elevate Pay and have been deeply disappointed by their lack of communication and customer support Despite submitting all required information and documents I received no response or updates on my application status Attempts to contact their customer support through email and the limited online channels proved fruitless Emails went unanswered and the lack of a direct phone number or live chat option made it impossible to get timely assistance This complete lack of communication is unacceptable for a financial service provider I am now left uncertain about the status of my application and have serious concerns about the company s reliability For a company that claims to offer a seamless financial experience their lack of basic customer support is a major red flag I cannot recommend Elevate Pay until they significantly improve their communication and responsiveness to customer inquiries

so honestly they re just collecting our information and after providing all information they will simply reject the application seems like they can t handle a large number of users but don t why they re running ads to attract users to register on their app i did register and and provide all the docus that confirmed by their agent itself are perfectly correct and alighn with the needs but they rejected the request and many others are facing the same issue if you can t manage users dont collect their person info as we can claer notice you can t manage things like a profession company

GOT SCAMMED FOR 7000 NEVER USE ELEVATE PAY

I transferred a payment of 7000 from my US Business account to elevate pay account and right after that I transferred a payment of 925 from the same account to the same beneficiary i e Elevate pay The initially said that there is a beneficiary mismatch and that is why the payment is on hold but I provided them with a screenshot as well that there is no mistake in the information as if there was why would I be able to receive 925 from the same account to the same beneficiary i e Elevate Pay account Now they are holding the payment for the past 3 days and providing the worst customer support experience that can ever be provide The payment was for my marketing budget and right now all my business operations are on hold just because of there negligence I recommend you all not to use elevate pay for any large amountsI PROVIDED THEM EACH AND EVERY AVAILABLE DOCUMENTATION AND NOW THEY ARE JUST CONTINUING WITH ASKING FOR FURTHER EVIDENCES OF MY MONTHLY REVENUE HOW I OPERATE BUSINESS AND HOW I RECEIVE CLIENTS EVEN THE PAYMENT THAT I HAVE TRANSFERRED HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT THEY ARE JUST ASKING FURTHER AND FURTHER QUESTIONS JUST TO HOLD THE PAYMENT AND AREN T EVEN REFUNDING IT BACK TO THE SAME ACOUNT

I never got my account accepted even though i provided them all the documents and had to wait so many days from their team and they just said they cant tell me anything Poor service and slowest response time

Worst service ever

Worst service ever They banned my account without any reason They don t accept business payments This is the worst platform I had ever used They didn t refund my balance They send me mail that they will ban my account soon without any specific reason I contact them and provide them with all proof and resources They removed my account After that I tried to contact them through Whatsapp group and told the admin whole story He didn t replied to me and banned me from Whatsapp as well After doing this all They also removed me from their group I m very disappointed by their service behaviour I never recommend it to anyone out there
