Elgiganten refused to install
Elgiganten refused to install dishwasher and to remove old machine I needed to pay full price anyway for installation and disposal without them doing anything They claim my current installation was not according to required standards even though it has been working since Elgiganten them self installed the previous machine last time Don t use Elgiganten for this - I will not be their customer again

Failed to deliver an oven on four separate dates Very poor customer service
We ordered an induction oven online in May 2023 for delivery 8th June Late on 8th June we were told by customer service that it might be delivered 9th June It didn t arrive either date - we then reorganised for 20th July - we were out of the country so arranged that date We rang three times during that week to confirm it would arrive on 20th July - it never arrived We got conflicting reasons from the transporters and customer service We rearranged delivery for 27th July and rang on 26th to confirm that it would arrive Late in afternoon when it hadn t been delivered we rang to be told it would not arrive on 27th and they didn t know when it would arrive This is the poorest customer service we have ever experienced and we would not recommend Elgiganten to anybody

I am not going again to this place and the reason is not the store but the parking outside in Kolding Instead of spending my money to the store I spent them to a parking fine because i didn t know that it was a privat parking This is crazy Europark and all the private parkings in Denmark is like MAFIA I gave them proofs that it was a wrong fine and instead of erase it they raised the fine from 875dkk to 1075dkk If you want people to enjoy shopping and continue to shop to your shop stop this stupid thing with private parkings outside of big stores

My recent purchase of a mobile device
My recent purchase of a mobile device turned into a frustrating experience after 55 days when it suddenly became unresponsive and needed to be sent off for repairs To my disappointment the repair took 3 weeks to complete only to find out that the same issue persisted and the device had to be returned for further examination It has been claimed that the device which is rated IP68 waterproof has now suffered water damage as a result of service and product manipulation and I need to pay for the cost of repair

VERY VERY Bad service
VERY VERY Bad service I have bought a laptop in Sweden but now it doesn t not work they have obligated me to bring the device in Sweden even if I live in Italy now So I have shipped my device from Italy to Sweden for a repair paying by myself all the expense 120 The device after repair by Elcare Nordic presents the same identical problem even though they have written motherboard changed wow so strange the laptop does not works display black after some days phone calls I brought the device to a support depot Lenovo in Italy and SURPRISE the problem was ONLY the card wifi and not the MB Now the elgiganten does not take any responsibility and doesn t want to give my money back They have damaged me economically and psychologically they wrote me Unfortunately we cannot cover the shipping costs that you need to pay to send it to Sweden Still now the Elcare Nordic does not give me an answer

Beware of Deceptive Practices at Elgiganten Burl v Center
I recently visited Elgiganten at Burl v Center to purchase a Chromecast The salesman seemed unusually interested in my mobile and internet service providers He proceeded with a 20-minute pitch about Tele-2 emphasizing the savings I could achieve by switching to them repeatedly pointing to the price on his screen Towards the end of the pitch he displayed a QR code and asked me to sign with BankID When leaving I found it odd that he didn t provide any receipts I assumed it was because everything is digital nowadays However once I got home I discovered that he had signed me up for a significantly more expensive subscription with Telenor instead of the cheaper Tele-2 plan he had been promoting Additionally he used a random email address instead of mine to prevent me from receiving any receipts or notifications When I went back to confront him he was evasive He claimed that the Tele-2 option didn t work but couldn t explain why he signed me up for Telenor or why he failed to mention the much higher cost Be extremely cautious when dealing with Elgiganten Always double-check what you re signing up for and ask them to print out the entire deal before signing with BankID

I ordered a TV by Elgiganten and the next day I got an email that my order was cancelled I called customer service twice and in both times the agent didn t actually know the reason for it I guess it s my bad I didn t read the reviews before ordering

Delivery service from Elgiganten is very bad
Elgiganten delivery dates are in accurate rhey tell you they will deliver between 8-17 and no exact time does it mean i will sit at home all day and not go to work just for them to call and say we are at your house in 5 min when i am working 45min away and there is no way you can track their delivery paid so much money for this service i am disgusted
