Great service Heidi was assigned to us and I think we spoke pretty much everyday with updates from her regarding our sale Our property was also a leasehold property with a management company and she was brilliant at getting them to be as quick as possible getting us info that we needed something that is notoriously hard Our entire sale took only 6 weeks from start to finish and I know that a lot of that was the dedication that Heidi has to her job Every query from our buyers solicitor was answered within twenty four hours if she had the information or was forwarded to us the same day if we needed to be involved Could not recommend her highly enough
